We offer our guardians some amazing rooms in unconventional spaces. Our properties are professionally checked before and during occupation to ensure they meet the required safety standards.

Our all inclusive monthly licence fee starts at £450, and covers your utility bills, council tax, weekly cleaning and even internet. There are no hidden charges to catch you out.
